Wind Mobile Sucks
The site of dissatisfied Wind Mobile Customers.

What motivated me to make this site? As you may have guessed, a 
very bad experience with Wind Mobile. 

After our experience with Wind Mobile, I found many other dissatisfied Wind
Mobile customers. Some claim that Wind Mobile, while claiming openess, is, 
in fact, censoring their forum from really bad reviews in order to control the 
damage. Hence I found it appropriate to establish a place for discussion on 
Wind Mobile practices that will not be censored.

Please stay tuned, a discussion forum and news feed on Wind Mobile is coming
in the next few weeks. Update (Feb 28th, 2011): Forum has launched now.

What can you do in the meantime if unhappy with Wind Mobile? 

Please post your story in the forum. While this will not help you directly, 
it will raise awareness, you will help others with advice, and you will ultimately 
help make Wind Mobile change their practices. Forum does not require registration 
and posting is extremely easy.

File a complaint to the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services
(CCTS), an independent agency that helps resolve your complaints about your 
telephone service. This process does work, even if it takes some time.

Read the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission(CRTC) 
guide on making a complaint. Some complaints should be submitted directly to CRTC, 
instead of CCTS.
